I've seen a video clip of a cat licking milk out of a glass bowl.  The camera was mounted underneath the bowl.  Pretty interesting stuff

I saw a cat's tongue in our physiology lab during dissections.   I remember thinking that the muscles looked rather yummy, even with the smell of formaldehyde in the air.  I haven't had the opportunity to try any though
