Anyone local to San Jose to help me with my carb maintenance?

I'm trying to resolve my sticky throttle issue.  I have the print out from this forum on the carb rebuild and have a Hayes manual.  Would be nice to have an experienced GS carb remover and reinstaller on hand in case I run into a snag.  Lunch provided!     TIA! 

Btw, it's for a '97 GS.

Why didn't I see this sooner?  I'm available end of Febuary and after.  Um, you could also try to get ahold of Eliskipador on BayAreaRidersForum.com (I don't charge though...lunch does sound good).
