I have been to my local dealership, looked through numerous catalogs, and been to several websites. I cannot find anyone who carries 36 or 37 Tooth rear, or 17 front. I need a little less rpm at general highway speeds. Can anyone give me a good parts website for this bike????

Word of caution, the 516 number is not the correct Sprocket Specialist number for the GS500.  It is the JT sprocket number for the GS500 sprocket with the hub, 94-05 models.  The JT number w/o hub is the JTF565, 89-03 models.

Can't find any front sprockets with hub for GS's with more than 16T.  Both the SS 504 and JT sprockets 565 w/o hub have 17T available.  Should work OK.

It looks like SS is coming out with a GS500 sprocket with hub.  Previously they listed the 504 for all years and now it's listed for 89-03 only.  Nothing for later years yet.  My new Chaparral catalog shows the 504 for 89-03 and a 562 for 94-04 GS500.  It's only available in 13,14, and 15 teeth now but I think the 16T must be coming soon.

The SunStar sprocket with hub for the GS500 is #33316, 33315, 33314.  Again no 17T with hub.
