What kinda remote should I get for my ipod?

I've used my ipod for music several times while riding, and I've always had a problem trying to skip songs or control the volume with my ipod in my jacket pocket, so I was thinking a wireless remote would be the perfect solution. My question is, anyone have any experiences with remotes that have easy to press buttons while wearing gloves?
Aaaaah, Los Angeles. Where if the traffic don't kill ya, the air will =P
