Rear brake squeels, just get new brake pad?

I got the impression that he used something like this, not the anti-squeal that goes on the back of the pads.  Can you confirm this tussey?

I doubt it since it said not to get it on the rotors.

Yea so I got some Anti-Squeal stuff from AutoZone. It said not to spray it on the rotor but only the pads. Whatever. I sprayed a bit on the rotor, and slowoly rolled the bike with slight pressure on the rear wheel to spread the blue goop across the rotor. Now no more squeal

Mine started squealing after I replaced the pads.  I'm too lazy to take them back off for some rehab.

Just wondering if gs breaks have a wear pin like some cars do.  In that case, when breaks are worn the pin will contact the rotor and make a squeaking sounds.  Since I haven't seen it mentioned, however, it's prob. not true for breaks on gs.

Well my 05 has had a squealing rear brake right from the day I collected it, and yesterday, I met up with another 05 owner, and guess what, his did exactly the same thing. Quite annoying, but I might do something about it when I get back from Phillip Island (the Aussie Superbikes is on next weekend
