89' flipped clip-ons

I've got a set of '89 clip-ons I'm selling. There's a thread in the for sale section. You can't just flip them over, you have to make some spacers, use longer bolts, re-drill holes for the controls, etc. Everything the O.P. mentions in his first post.

Bucks, I saw your clip ons in the FS section. They look really cool (hadn't seen pics of the 89 before). Bit out of my price range right now ... need to get some other things fixed up first. Let me know if your handlebars don't sell tho.

It sounds like he just flipped the riders from the triple upside down to lower the bars below the top plate. Am I reading that right?

Adidas, got a spare bike you can try it on and pist up some pics, or a video?

Maybe a how-to? I read somewhere you need to make a 1/8th inch spacer to make it work...
