Anyone out there know a good site to get bar ends for a 2002 GS?  Price is important, but selection is more so.  Anyone know if the SV or gsxr ones on bikebandit.com will fit?  Any help would be great, thanks!! END

any 7/8th bar ends will be fine, i don't find any difference from the stock ones to lighter anodized aluminum ones, they say the heavier the less wobble in the bar, but i think that is  :bs:
Blue 05 GS500F, stainless steel front brake line, h4 bulb swap, wileyco can, dynojet kit, K&N filter, remote starter, 15 tooth sprocket swap, 150 rear tire, blue underglow, 12v accessory plug, laser radar detector, integrated taillight, flush mount front signals, fenderectomy, reflectorectomy

i suggest you read up on the TULARIS project bike
the weight is there to min vibes
and can, in certain instances, be very important

as related to a GS....no problem

I found cheap ($7.99; might have been a sale price) knurled (black) bar ends on the shelf at Cycle Gear, though they don't show up on the website. They are "motoboss" brand (probably made in China), and the label on the back shows:

"MB KNURLED BAR END BLACK"  "BA13A-C0001B"

Two in a pack (one pair), with Allen-head bolts and Allen wrench. I've installed them on two different motorcycles (not my GS, which still has the stockers), and I have no complaints; I'm more interested in not damaging my grips in the event of a tipover, than any other reason for installing them.
This space for rent...
