All of them suck! They are all the same, actually, just paint color. I like the '05 Black and Silver over the Blue/White '05 combo, and I like the Blue/White '04 over the Yellow/Black '04.

But since I turned mine into an E because the F models are ugly... they all suck!

The '04 came in Yellow...  That makes it the winner.

i really wish they offered the yellow in 2005. The yellow GS500F looks great, i think the 2004 blue scheme looks better than the white and blue on the 2005.

this reminds me... the first time I visited this forum, I decided I wanted to buy a GS motorcycle... and I had my eye on a naked GS500E (when there was a gallery).
Little did I know that the newer GS500 came with fairings, and because I wanted a new bike to avoid mechanical problems for a while (I knew nothing about motorcycles), I had to get the GS with fairings, because that's all there was at the dealer.

The colour choices available in 2004 make it a winner.  The yellow in the U.S. and (my personal favourite  ) the solid black in Canada are much more attractive than the more recent colour options.

 I have the 05 500 F in black/silver. My personal favorite is the 04 F in YELLOW but they never came into CANADA in that color [ BUMMER ] SUZUKI lost out on a bunch of money with that decision.

I didn't vote, because I'm not crazy about the paint schemes and color choices, but Suzuki wants to make the GS look as much like a GSX-R as possible without spending a lot on the graphics, so the designs they offer make sense from a marketing standpoint.
