Mono-wheels, Uni-wheels, monocycles, etc. have come back into the vogue for uniqueness, not reliability.

They are horribly unstable even with trying to get the center of gravity as low as possible. You can find video on the net of a wild crash during a test run.

I believe there was a TLC, Discovery Channel, etc. segment on them months ago.

But with all their faults, it would be a gas to run into town on one and see the reactions.  :cookoo:

It seems that if you slammed on the breaks you would just start rotating around inside the wheel. that would be funny to watch but not fun to do. :laugh:
