Fork and carb parts/Rebuild questions

ok so my forks are way shot and leaking and stuff and since it hasn't run in ages, I am sure the carbs will have to be reworked. I am looking at getting the parts needed to rebuild them and I want to verify I am not missing anything here is what I have listed so far:

Forks:
Fork Oil
Oil Seal
Dust Seal
O-Ring
oil ring seal stopper

Carbs:
Will this kit work or do I need more?

that carb kit will work but it's outrageously overpriced.  Get the same thing at www.partsnmore.com for $12/ea. (you'll need two).  Partsnmore has a $35 minimum order so add some oil filters or small tools to meet that requirement.  Shipping is free and fast.
