Order up kids, cos when they gone ... they are gone ... I wont make more, this time I mean it, unlike the last 3 times ...  O0 ...
But honestly anyway ... wileyco is there and flanges are there, so no better time to slap it all together.
And yea D&D will work, jetswing sent me last year and it was a slam dunk ... the inset part sorta looks weird, but fit it up and its peachy ... BTW you need a gasket with that thing, I dont have gasket in flange ... "Gasket not included" ...  :icon_mrgreen:
Cool.

i purchased one of the D&D off ebay and have been trying to figure out a way for a gasket.  I was looking through one of my auto parts catalogs and noticed that mr. gasket sell a flat uncut sheet of exhaust gasket material.  I was thinking of getting a sheet and making a stencil off the bottom of the muffler and cutting it to size.  It comes in sheets of 10x10 or 6x24.  I think that this should create a really good seal between the bolt-on muffler and the flange.

I suppose a can of Hi temp Loctite instant gasket, or any other type of High temp RTV would work fine...eh? :dunno_white:

What ... show me a pic ... It may not need a flange. I am making these to fit a bolt on can like a slip on ... not neccesarily slip on to the bike ... whatever ... show me pic ... I'll clear it up.
Cool.

For a gastket I went to autozone and bought a sheet of header gasket material for $5.00.  Cut it to fit the flange.  Works perfect.
