Mandres, I don't know how you find these old posts so often...

FWIW, I've used a leaf-blower tank, a coolant overflow tank, a lawnmower tank, a windshield wiper fluid tank, and a mini-bike gas tank, all without a problem. I still use the tank from the leaf-blower, because it is plastic, and pretty much indestructible.

Like Cal I use a plastic tank from an old lawn-strimmer, a length  of fuel pipe and a couple of jubilee clips.....I hang it from a nail in my garage roof off a length of string, dead easy. But be aware not all plastics are compatible with petrol and can dissolve when they come in contact. Stick with something thats had petrol...sorry guys.."Gas"... in it before.
