GS500F ZG Screen!!!

I ordered my dark smoke db on May 22nd.    My card was charged the same day, but when I go on there web site and click on order tracking it says "in process".  It then goes on to say your order will be pulled from our warehouse and packaged in 1-6 days, then shipped, you should recieve your order in 5-10 days??? Well it has been 9 days and it hasn't even left exoticsportbikes facility yet. I have went on to their 24/7 live support, but I always get a "no operators are online at this time."  All of this after I ordered another brand of windscreen that said "in stock" ships in 1 day and they called me 3 hours later and said "sir, sorry, but we don't handle that brand anymore". I was really starting to wonder if the place was for real until I found this post.
