I know this isn't a GS, but I recently saw this for sale...

2001 Ducati 748 with only 2100 miles.  *MINT* condition with LOADS of CF parts on bike (and off) and a sh*tload of other aftermarket parts.

The price you ask???

$10,000 or BRO

You think it's worth it?

2004 YZF-R6 - Stolen 5/25/07
2004 GS500f - Sold to Bluelespaul

Hell no.  You can buy a rather tastefully modded 998S for that.

Are you saying that only because of all the CF?

No I'm saying that because of the $10k price tag.  For $10k the bike better come with a CF tank/body work/wheels/subframe/rotor carriers/mirrors/exhaust and a small gold bar.

I'd like to see the load of other aftermarket parts, then I might be able to determine if it's worth it.
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?
