Does anybody know if the set includes the valve bucket compressor tool?

I have my set in front of me and it looks like the valve tool.

Does anybody know if the set comes with it?

Does it have R32.5 stamped on it???? Despite looking like a spring compressor  its actualy  the tool for adjusting the rear suspension. We touched on the subject last week, its a hook wrench and you will find it fits onto the collar directly bellow the shock-absorber spring. By twisting the collar you alter the pre-load on the spring and can you adjust the suspension to yourpreferences.
