Me two. My neutral's a Buddha Loves You to find; I only ever use it if I need to run the motor on the sidestand.

Personally I detest the "clunk, HOP" when switching into first from N much more than the slight lurch when starting her up in 1st. Anything that sounds so ugly canNOT be good for her innards.
