frame sliders

hey its a sacrifice im willing to do, to save the rest of the bike. hey are those roller skated ones any good, I think rich was looking at them a wile ago

thanks for the link to R&G Racing (the English site). those sliders are exactly what I'm looking for. 

drilling the frame & installing sliders could be a big mistake. Look closely at R&G's pictures of the sliders on the unfared GS500. the slider links together BOTH sides of the frame and passes through the engine; spreading out any impact across a MUCH larger area.

compare that to just drilling a hole in one side of the frame and the slider will most likely snap or damage the frame itself.
