Replace the screw and helicoil would be my guess.

Not familiar with KZ carbs though, so I'm really just pissing into a hurricane in the dark.
Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

Screw extractor?  I've had some luck with screws I can get to by using vise grips.

Something I've done with stuck screws is use my benchtop drill press.  I put a #2 phillips (or appropriate) screwdriver bit in it, grab my 1/4" box(ed?)-end wrench, put it on the bit, have someone apply pressure to the screw with the drill press, and loosen them by turning the wrench.  You can get a lot more torque that way without stripping the screw.  You strip the screw because you can't apply enough downward pressure to the screwdriver and it slips.

I then replace all screws with hex head screws.  I seriously dislike the "genius" who decided that threadlocker and phillips-head screws were a good combination.
Sorry, I won't answer motorcycle questions anymore.  I'm not f%$king friendly enough for this board.  Ask me at:

Is the screw hole(threads) or head stripped?

If it is the screw head use a chisle and hammer to unscrew it.

If it is the hole(threads) helicoil
