Another Sunday Ride Report Thread

Met up with other riders from Sportbikers.net in Riverside, Ca.  Rode the "Palms to Pines" route through Idyllwild down to Palm Springs.


Yellow bikes are the fastest. : )  My GS in there, pretending to be a gixxer.


Fun roads outside of Palm Desert.


Cabazon, Ca.  A little kid was distracted from the dinosaurs for a minute to point at me and exclaim "Pink Power Ranger!" (I have a pink helmet)


Super windy on the way home.  Stopped by the wind farm for a pic.  Was holding on to the GS on the freeway for dear life.

Cool pics, looks like you had a lot of fun. Palm Desert looks challenging. I tried to look in the piv but didn't see any, but did you get any other GS's to turn out for the ride?

   I was the only GS as usual.  Couple other 2-cylinders to keep me company, an SV and a Shadow cruiser.


Definately some challenging roads.  And coming across this accident scene, didn't do much for my confidence.  Some gravelly road spots made for some scary spots also.  And someone in our group hit a squirrel.
