Motorcycle rental in Europe

I'll be in Vienna, Austria, and Kiev, Ukraine, next week on a business trip. Does anyone know of motorcycle rental agencies there or have any suggestions on where to ride if I can finagle a bike?

Edit: I've contacted a Harley dealer in Vienna that, according to the H-D Web site, rents Harleys. I hope I can get that worked out. Nothing in Ukraine, though. Any other tips are welcome.
