well as you probly know a bandit hugger will fit with a bit of cutting,
i found that the rgv250 and a gsx400 is the same,

first off for this you will need some presion tools

i actually found the craft knife to be the best all round tool(with a careful hand you can get clean curves. followed by the stolen ikea pencil.
this photo is of the bandit hugger before any cutting
this next one is of the bandit and the cut away rgv huggers

notice i have cut away the bottom section of the hugger (16mm)
to try and drop the height of the hugger bringing it closer to the wheel.it also gets rid of the exsisting mounting holes. it probly could do with some more cutting to lower it some more. also notice the little notch in the side thats where the brake line holder is. that just helped to clear the weld for it

the only other bodging i had to do was cut a couple of notches in the front to get it to come close to thesuspension thingy(pivot point for the swing arm)

and also to clear the brake arm thing

and i think thats it,
