Everyone else gets to take cool photos of their bikes.  This is from a couple of Sundays ago, beautifull riding weather.

Great pics! That second pic is my fave! It's an especially great one!  :thumb:

Do those mirrors ever get in your way, being on the end of the bars that way?

I get blamed for EVERYTHING around here!

I am using a point and shoot, an Olympus C-5000, as well as a fair bit of Photoshop.  I'd love a DSLR, but they're pricey, and probably wouldn't fit in the pocket of my jacket as well. :)  The last shot is heavily cropped, and my camera's optics are really showing their limits.

I've never had a problem with the mirrors getting in the way.  I do kinda rest the edge of my left hand against it, but I wouldn't call them "in the way."  And I'm constantly surprised how well I can see traffic behind me in them, for being so tiny.

Yeah, that 2nd picture is awesome man. Great shot. How much photoshopping did you do? Did you add the vignette? It looks a little too black to be the lens. Either way, it still looks good.

One day when i get the bike good and clean, and have a little spare time, i'm gonna have to get some good shots of mine. i'm feeling left out too.
Don't sweat the petty things...and don't pet the sweaty things.

Taken on a sunny summer Sunday afternoon?

How bad were the originals? Did they need to be photoshopped a lot?

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.

I added the vignetting. I like vignetting. :)
Other than that  I mostly just used levels and curves to make the the photos more EXTREME.  I like super high contrast.
Blame Roadstergal for the color.  But it's growing on me. :)

If I mail you paint, will you change the color?

You might want to wait for me to drop it a couple more times before I put on a new paint job.

What's the count up to now?

I think I dropped my '92 5 or 6 times, at least.

I've only dropped it while on it one.  It's fallen over when I wasn't on it three times.  Tool me a while to figure out the best orientation for the bike and how exactly to deploy the sidestand fully.
