I think so, and jetswing, i don't think the polaris dealer is going to cary them anymore.

The body work is the same as the previous model R...just a different color scheme (which is completely f%$king kick ass!!)...but the new 650R's have a bit beefier suspension in the front, better brakes and a few other minor modifications...enough that it's got like 3 more hp than the previous model. Not tremendous...and I'd still be putting japanese standardized calipers and a good showa or ohlins shock on it. I've been told that the forks, with a little tweaking, are absolutely awesome.

I saw one comet 250 on the road in Dallas...that's it. That's one of the biggest reasons I want a their 650R. It's basically a clone of the SV650 but it looks soooo much better in my opinion, and they're virtually non-existant in the states.

yeah and the one they have on the floor has been there as long as i have been looking for bikes / had my GS = over a year.

Anyway, after contacting 50-some odd Hyosung dealers across the states I've only learned that the color scheme pictured above is "unknown"...no one has, nor has seen one in the States. What a bummer.

according to the Hyosung USA website, the colors available are "HOT CHILLI RED, ELECTRIC MANGO YELLOW, TITANIUM SILVER & 8-BALL BLACK"

Yeah I know what their website says is available...but the bike I have pictured is a factory bike.
