I can't pick a perferated leather jacket to drool over

Those pics don't show that the front panel is totally perf'd...

I'm worried about the black being too hot...  But, I don't think the blue will be much different. 

And I'm totally NOT worried about coordinating colors.

If you know another (not too expensive) perf'd leather, post it!   

(So far my friends say:  4 for black and 2 for blue)...

Not too sure about the Violator...  I think it's just outside of my "flashy" quota...  But, I'd have to see it in person to really know for sure.

Teknic also has the Prowler..  Although, it looks like a Grrl's jacket.

And the Chicane.  But, the colored ones are WAY outside my flash allowance...

I think the blue looks cool, it will match your bike (so will the black one, and the black one will match any future bike you get), and bug guts will be less visible on the blue than the black.

If you do go for solid black consider the TourMaster Cortech Coaster Air, I am very pleased with mine (I wish I had the money for colored leather).

No one could see me with my HOLYSHITGREEN jacket, so I don't see the diff...  I wear a black/gray jacket now and haven't died yet.

I want it for the summer...  But, I want leather...  I don't like the balloon thing with vents in a Textile jacket.

I'll have to find a place that actually carries TourMaster stuff...  'cause, even though it's mesh/leather, I kinda like the looks of this one:  GX Air and it has "two-stage waterproof/windproof & insulated liners"  I probably won't like it once I try it on...  I don't like most mesh jackets I've tried.


A lot of the leathers I like aren't perf'd at all...  And that would be hot.

I'll be asking for an A* Stage jacket as a freebee whenever I decide to pick up a new bike in the next couple of months. You made a good choice. I love that jacket. Definitely going with the full black one whenever I get it.
