Notice how carefully they copied the GS frame?

Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

pod filters, costum r6 quill exhaust(no baffles)40/140 jets, heavy duty springs, sv650 rear shock, gsxr srad tail, bandit 600 4.5 inch rim with 150 tyre, gsx twin disc front end "1995 pocket rocket"  ridden by a kiwi in scotland

Absolute Rescue

Definatly a nice looking bike, I've seen them a few times before....but this time i'm wondering since everything is so closely matched to the GS, anyone know if those USD forks would swap? :dunno_white:

You ran across that pic on bikepics.com pic of the day. Saw it earlier and was thinking the same thing about the tail. So much better than the US GS tail.

The forks are nice looking.  I wish there was a bigger market for parts off these bikes.

Good luck trying to find parts from one of these things. Not many are sold in the US so parts are extremely rare. I tried finding a set of wheels a while back (the GT250 runs a 150 rear tire) and found NOTHING. They also have very little online support groups. There is one yahoo group with little to no activity.

It'd be worth noting that the quality of their parts may not be up to par with the Japanese. You gotta weigh the differences: cheap USD forks, or good quality (but skinny) conventional forks.

The reason the Hyosung stuff looks like some Suzuki stuff is because the engineers worked for Suzuki.  All in all a pretty shameless copy.  R&D = receive & duplicate.

thats about what the country seems to do, from bikes, to electronics, to handbags, and on down the line to toys.  hope they didnt cut corners with thier Reactors or it could very well End thier Xerox economy.    hmm, Korea, the Copy country.

I REALLY like the tail plastics on that thing!

Too bad the parts are so hard to come by, cause that tail would look sweet on my bike's A$$

They sell them in here in OZ in 3 different models 250 and 2 types of 650 1 is restricted one is not, the restricted is for L platers the other open licence but the only difference is a restrictor in the manifold they are suppose to be OK but the suspension is a bit of a let down (we all know about that) because Hyosung make it themselves no Ohlins here but they have good performance comparable to an SV 650 but I'll stick with Jap bikes.
Oh yeah the model your looking at has been replaced by a faired version called GT650 I think which is a much sexier bike see if you can find it.
:thumb:

OBTW I wouldn't want try to swap parts over as they are really no better then what we have but yes the tail section looks good.
