I had this horrible dream about my bike...

I dreamt that I got to wherever I was going but the engine sounded REALLY wierd, the lights started flashing on and off and then the bike just fell over, I couldn't control it, everything felt "squishy" (imagine a salvador dali poster kinda squishy)...

Turns out my cat (from a pervious continent) had crawled into the ferrings and was slowly getting squished by the motor and he had chewed through the cables to the lights...

So the cat is essentially flat, the person in my dream (also with a bike) and whom I think was my ex - shudder - inflated the cat back to life (like in a good cartoon of the roadrunner and wiley coyote)... No cats were harmed in the making of this dream...

So I go to try and touch my bike and it keeps falling over - like the kickstand is jello - it falls on one side then the other - beating up gauges, levers, you name it. It was HORRIBLE!!!!

Then the other person calls State Farm (yes, it was state Farm in the dream) while I was wiggin out and couldn't remember my phone number to call in to tell them I wasn't coming to work, and he tells me Tuesday (a week away) was the only time they could look at it.

I had the most horrible anxiety and stress and feelings of utter devestation in this dream. It was truly absolutley horrible.... I got up this morning and had to go check my bike was upright and in once piece. It REALLY freaked me out..



I know, I have to stop drinking with my sleeping pills... Maybe I inhaled too much pony glue! (Oh, that's bad)!!!

I got this all figure out.

first of all the REALLY wierd noise you heard, has got to be your knocking cam shim thingies, pretty standard for these bikes. Watch Kerry's video and you'll be ok, you won't even have to touch the bike.

as for the lights flashing, bike falling and Dali feeling---- It's called REHAB, Smoky.

Having a flat cat, ain't so bad. Most guys won't even notice. If next time your ex isn't around to inflate your cat, just give me a call I will be right over. I won't harm your cat either, promise.
