After a year of waiting due to various reasons and a week at my uncles shop, my bike is finally done. I have to wait for the clear to completely cure until I can put it back together fully. So far I just have the front fender back on, everything else is just resting on the frame.

Mods:
Eliminated cross over pipe on the exhaust near the header
Two Brothers Carbon Fiber exhaust
Rejetted to 40/150
Relocated directionals/license plate bracket/fenderectomy
Ignition Advancer
Custom Paint

And yes I know my gas cap is backwards and my seat isn't completely on. I didnt want to wreck the fresh clear and my dad set my gas cap on there so I wouldn't loose it in the box of parts I was putting back on. My frame looks pretty cruddy but its going to be powdercoated white next fall/winter, I didn't want to cut into my riding season anymore. I'm also going to get SV mirrors which will be coated over the chrome with special clear with the same blue candy, cbr rearsets, and a national cycle f-16 dark tint sport...but those are little things that can wait.

So what do you all think??

Looks great.  The important things are that it runs the way you like it.  Suspect you're almost ready to tell us that answer.   :)

It runs amazingly well now, I can't put any gas in my tank yet but I did (yes i know this was dangerous) strap a 2 gallon harley peanut tank on there and test it out. The ignition advancer and rejetting got rid of my dead spot in the low range and its kinda spunky now like I wanted. It still power wheelies btw  :thumb:

Nice.

I like the colour. I'd be tempted to paint the body of the headlight to match the body panels, but that's just me.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

Well...  Technically the one on the top of the tank is pointing up...  Which would be that other thing (the one pastrami doesn't like )......  The SIDES of the tank would be cooters...  So...  The tank is depicting a threeway.  (Am I gonna get this thread farmed? )

Looks pretty good (except for the white wheels, black engine, and frame).

Richard died in a motorcycle accident that was at no fault of his own.  We lost a good friend and good member of this board.  Though Rich may be gone, his legacy will live on here.

It's actually the chain guard, but the swing arm is gonna be white along with the frame :thumb:

Glad you all like it!

the tank graphics on top look shnazzy...not digging the ones on the side, though.  They don't flow too well with the top.  Over all looks good.

I didn't think you could put the gas cap on wrong...that's how it was on my TL until I got my lockhart piece.

Oh snap. You know what you should do? Hack the pipes before they get to the collector and then run some piping from each tube and make a dual exhaust. Do it.
