So i just got back from a wake...
It was one of my girlfriend's childhood friends.
23 years old, lost control of his bike and hit a telephone pole...no helmet.

My sympathies.

Always, always, always wear your helmet. Stuff like this is why I triple check my strap. Scares me to think what if.
