I do slide back to the passenger seat from time to time. And I'm 5'7 and have plenty of room. I did see a pair of gel padded shorts at the dealer the other day but they wanted like 80 dollars for them. Stupid dealer.....

I believe the corbin seat was kinda pricey which steered most people away from it. If you could find some sort of gel pack somewhere Im sure that you could install it and recover your seat. Pretty easy mod.

I ordered the Airhawk seat cushion off EBay today. I'll post again when I get it installed.

For sportbikes they recommend the large pillion seat.

i think ill just grin and bear it, my seats worse now that its got a gsxr rear end on it, wasn't built for comfort thats for sure

i dont know i have an 04 and i have no problem with the seat.... its more with the handle bars... they are to high.

You maybe failed to notice it's not just a "seat." It's a "Seating System." You pay for systems.

I have a follow up now that I have ridden with the AirVent Ultracool seat cushion a couple of days.

It may be a slight improvement, but for me, not better than padded cycling shorts.

The foam is too soft and compresses flat. It does not cover the design flaw of the forward sloping seat.

It does stay in place when you stand up at 70.

To make it simple, I do not recommend it.
