Got new decals for rear/tail section, how do you place these and install?

They came with no instructions, they are the 4 black "stripes" that go on the tail section, 2 per side around/near that hole.  I've never put on decals before and how do I place them properly without going to the dealer?  Thanks in advance!  I'll check back tomorrow.

Spray a little soapy water on the bodywork, then place the decal. The soapy water allows you to move the decal around and smooth the air bubbles out of it.
