Ok I rejetted for my new exhaust and drilled the plug for the pilot adjustment.

The right carburetor was set to TWO turns out

The left carburetor was set to 0 ie it was at the bottom, I checked by undoing it a little to see if it was just stuck but it wasn't

Like I said the plugs were never removed before.

So, what setting should I adjust both to accomodate the new exhaust, i left the pilot jets alone so...

Anyone have this issue? Please help!

Wow... There are so many posts on this... I'd put up links, but that'd take a while. Search for "mixture screws".

OK you drilled out the caps right ... you use a left handed drill or right handed ... You can very well have the cap make contact with the screw head, and when its getting drilled, it will spin itself in ... at 0 turns it may not even run ... set it to 0 and try it ... with all else unchanged ... you'd know for sure ... but I think ...
Cool.

Set them to about 3 to 3.5 turns out and you should be fine.
