Sounds like you should beat them up on the price but hell... even if needs put together and you only have to put a couple hundred more into it... you'll still have an old school ninja for under a grand...

The ninjas were all the bikes beginning wid ZXR, They started at 250cc, then 400 then 600 then maybe a very old 750? before they gave up on them then the 1k. All were watercooled i believe.
