Speaking of the R6, I read some reader mail in a cycle mag.  This guy wrote:

"For all of you that returned your new R6 to Yamaha because it didn't rev to the claimed 17,500 rpm redline, congratulations!  You just passed Yamaha's squid test!"

Can't wait, the rest of the day is just waiting. No dusting me with your new skills though.  I ordered a new exhaust last night and am looking at getting a new rear tire soon.

I liked how your bike sounded.  I4 with baffles removed.  I've never heard my own bike from behind, but the YZF sounded pretty cool to me.

Sounds good, that stupid pipe of mine is so loud, I could barely hear yours.    But what I could hear was very nice, still a place in my heart for twins. Leo vince and a dyno run, should leave you set for the summer. 

Oh yeah, nice looking lady you got there, definitely could work at a bikini bike wash.

I never found the Wileyco overly annoying, so I am hoping the scorpion is a similar sound.  Just don't get a D&D, those things are basically straight pipes.  I like aftermarket pipes, my one marginally non-performance upgrade.  I am convinced they help though after a guy with a stock GS500F drove my '92 and wanted to know how to make his like that.

Calling an 03 R6 as an old R6 is a squid ... and a pompous squid. BTW that squid doesn't have a motorcyle ... he is super duper uber tuber squidly without a bike ... Yea ... and Ghey too ...
