Richard died in a motorcycle accident that was at no fault of his own.  We lost a good friend and good member of this board.  Though Rich may be gone, his legacy will live on here.

I'm gonna tell you what! I love Chinese food! It is wonderful! But after eating I always get sooooooooooo sleepy and within a half hour I start shitting like a goose! I start getting "pressure" in my stomach and colon and I am spraying and blowing rice and those exellent veggies for a couple of days! It gives me cramps and severe pressure "buildup" but I surely enjoy it. Eating Chinese is a great colon cleanser! Two of my ex-working buddies would start hunting a toilet as soon as we got back to work after lunch. It was hilarious watching them clutch their stomachs and frantically search for a place to excrete. Mexican does this as well.
I'm sure I'm not the only one with stories to tell about this side effect! Hahahahahhaha. Love, Wilson
