Going to Oklahoma

Out of sheer boredom I'll be riding I-35N to the Oklahoma border to take a picture at the sign that says "Welcome to Oklahoma!". Anyone along the way want to meet up for lunch or brunch or afternoon snack of some sort?

I'll check tomorrow morning before I leave (probably around 8am CST) so I hope someone reads this before then.

It's about 500 miles round trip for me. I was thinking about going to Louisiana but it's a 700 mile trip, which is a bit too far for me in one day.
