usually theyre known as buy here pay here though. this place did not look like one of them imo i could be wrong but new cars are bank financed

I the guy was stupid enough to sign the contract then he gets what he deserves.  Shop car financing rates before going to a stealership.  When you get to the financing person and they quote you a rate, say you can do better and tell them what you have lined up.  Amazingly they seem to find a deal to match or beat it.

Of course this works if you have good credit.  If you don't, then expect sodomy without lube.

About three years ago, we received a letter about some stupid settlement.  It was from a lawsuit against Microsoft, and how they overcharged on their software.  If I chose to, I could get part of the settlement, but why?  I bought the software knowing very well, the price they charged, and by purchasing, I basically agreed to the price.  If I didn't agree, then I didn't have to pay.
