Help w/ smaller mirrors

My right mirror is broken, and instead of replacing with OEM, I was thinking about something slicker, like the type of mirrors that mount at the ends of the hand grips.  what are those called?  are they one size fits all?

EDIT:  I think i found it..  anyone have these and want to share pics?

The mirrors that go on the end of your bars are called.. amazingly enough.. bar end mirrors!

The link you posted is just an adapter to allow a different mounting system. If you do a search here for "bar end mirrors" you'll find a couple links. BEMs are expensive though.. like $60 per, as I recall. I eventually want to trade up to them. After I stop dropping my damn bike. I think I'm done.. but I'm waiting a month or two. The other option is to go with really cheap bicycle mirrors.. several here have done it, with varying degrees of success. A quick search will find those too. I'm too tired to do the search now, but mebbe tomorrow, if you haven't found it by then, or if noone else has posted it..
