Grrrr, some cager tried to get me tonight

Just venting, but some incompetent cager nearly T-boned me tonight... I think they came within about 1" of my rear when I went past them. To make it worse, I could see that they had their head turned toward me as I was approaching 

Basically, I was turning right at the lights (remember that I'm in Aus and we drive on the correct side of the roads ). I got the green, crossed over the 3 lanes of traffic that were stopped for me, when this "driver" who came up behind that traffic to turn into my desired road decided to not give way for me. I did a bigass swerve followed by the royal salute, and only just got out of it. Bloody cager! Time for a
