The DynoJet Stage 3 is just a jet kit. It does not come with an air filter. If you want a stage 3 you will need to remove the airbox and replace it with a pod or lunchbox style air filter.

If you are rejetting with the DynoJet kit then you don't need the parts to rejet. They come in the kit. That is why it is a kit.

I kinda figured that, but the guy doing my setup told me it should come with an air filter as a kit...he's old school, maybe back in the day it was like that i guess. Thanks for the link...that's what i'm looking for!

I know old school!  K&N used to combine it's filters with a Dynojet kit and marketed it under the FilterCharger product name, IIRC.

Too bad so many get hooked in by K&N's marketing bunk.
