Do a search for "Tires" with the author as "GSJack".. He was the resident expert on tires. For your type of riding, based on what I read here on the forums, I'd recommend maybe some michelin pilot powers. They're pricey though. My next set of tires will be Pirelli sport demons. However, both of those will be in a 150 rear, since I have a new wider rear rim. I'm not sure what fits the stocker that's nice n sticky... do the GSJack search, you won't be disappointed.

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.

I put Pirelli Sport demons on mine  :thumb: :thumb: & they're the mutts nutts.

140 on the back & 110 on the front.
The more I learn about women, the more I love my bike.

I have the Sport Demons as well...  110/70-17 and 130/70-17...  Love 'em.  :thumb:

Race track tires would be the stickiest... but those things aren't made to endure repetitive heat cycles which is why they make poor street tires (they also take longer to warm up).
