bike just cut out and died today

FWIW, I was too broke to get a jet kit and just had the mechanic use a couple of spacers on my '98.  It's no longer running too lean, most of the flat spots smoothed out (still one around 6k), the bike runs 1,000% better than ever.  Whether there's any more power is up for grabs, but to be honest, smooth & predictable is way more important to me than gaining a little horsepower at peak.

Dont need a kit 2 mains 2 pilots and a sack of #4 washers total parts cost about $10
