Where to buy? (V&H Full exhaust, K&N clamp on, 150main, 40pilots)

Got the bike apart. wanna do full upgrade. New K&N clamp on air filter (http://kandn.com/images/l/RU-2970.jpg), new exhuast and new jets. Is there a company I can buy them all at once to avoid paying S&H from several companies?

Also for the V&H exhaust does it just replace the can or is it a full bolt on exhaust replacement? I don't have to tools to cut/weld a can onto the stock exhaust pipes.

V&H - eBay is your best option, but I believe Dennis Kirk still has some in stock. It is a full exhaust replacement. Direct bolt on mod, should take about 15 to 20 minutes at the most.

Jets - get from a local shop or www.sudco.com
