I might have a problem with the choke cable.

Ever since I got my '04 last fall, my choke cable has two settings, on and off.  If I set it in between, there is no difference in RPM or anything.  I have to set it all the way in order for anything to happen.

Any ideas?

I find the same thing. I just choke it for about 30 seconds and that is usually enough to get going. Me personally I wouldn't worry about it.

Normally I wouldn't worry, but a small problem like this usually ends up being a huge problem in the future.
