lunch box air filter

Im going to upgrade to a k&n lunch box filter, the only problem that I have, is what do I do with the breather hose connected to the breather cover???

K&N makes a filter that you can put on there, or you can buy a filter at any automotive store. I believe the ID is 5/8", but a search will turn up more conclusive results. Or you can take a rag and rubber band it over the tube. All you need to really do is make sure nothing big gets in there, like mud dobbers.
