so i've bought another gs500e  *number 4 now* and am looking to do something with it soon if it doesnt sell even sooner!

1994
layed down lightly on the left side.
paint fade / clear coat missing on the tank
needs around $350 in parts and a bunch of elbow greese to look new again.

purchased for $500

now here is the catch. the title isnt with the bike. previous owner lost title, and it's been through another couple before getting to me. I checked things out and the bike isnt stolen, but will cost around $150 to have a clear title posted in my name.

to turn it into a track bike is going to take around $200 and it wont need to be titled.

thoughts? buyers? i'll post photos in a bit.

dgyver

Everybody needs a track bike....or two....or three

Best thing about building a track bike....they do not have to look pretty
Common sense in not very common.

$650 is a great price for a running, street legal bike...

I know $150 could get you some cool mods, but a titled bike is WAAAAAAAY easier to sell...  Some newbie would be damn happy to learn on it after you're done with it. :dunno_white:
