Okay, I have my flange (thanks srinath), the K&N lunchbox, and I'm fixin to order the Wileyco now and the jets from sudco. I have one final question about which exhaust I should use and what the differences are (pros/cons) of the Wileyco's in this list ---> http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&satitle=wileyco . I'm not sure if they're all the same and just manufactured slightly different for the different bikes or if the GSXR 1100 flows better than say the one for the honda 600?  Is it really worth the extra $100 to buy the Wileyco that fits the GSXR 1100?

Oh btw, while I have you experts here... Since I'm rejetting anyways, should I cut out the choker that's in the flange?

The GSXR 1100 is $100 more cos its 2 cans. Buy it with a partner ... and send it to him/her when you get them. It can work ... Mrdan did it - and the other guy was like west coast. So it can work. Just find a partner.
BTW I have 1 flange left I believe.
Cool.

If you get rid of the choker it will flow better.  Different jets are needed depending on if you keep the choker or not.
Pilot 22.5, Mid 65 , Mains 147.5, Mixture screw 3.5 turns out

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.

Whatever gets me the most performance gains. :)  Some have stated that you'll lose low-end torque by cutting out the choker, but, I think if you rejet that kinda compensates doesn't it?

Try it both ways - and remmeber - seat of the pants dyno isn't the best for deciding whether peaky power is better than smooth power. Butt dyno decides peaky is better, while real world smooth works better.
