Ok here's my 2 cents. I'd say the GSXR. I've had more trouble with those than with other bikes. But hoestly it'll be so damned close it's not even funny.

We're talking about hundredths of a second difference.

Do you mean a CBR600F4i?  The CBR600RR?  The ZX6r?  The ZX6RR? 

But. . . there is only one Gixxer Sixxer.

i think stock vs. stock the ninja will be quicker in a straight line cause of bigger displacement...

THe question is very vague. On a track, I'd expect the gixxer to be faster because it is supposed to handle better. From what I hear, the Kwaka has a faster straight line speed. We really aren't the right people to be asking about this though, you'd do better on a racers forum. Our racers are fairly few in number.

I dont know if your dad races but stock these bikes are so close i dont think any of us would be able to tell anyway.

I think the they are all so close that it's more of a matter of rider than bike.  That being said get the bike that's the most comfortable.
