Glad they are fixing it under warranty for you.  I don't know how some mech's get to keep their jobs, or hell how they got them.
Pilot 22.5, Mid 65 , Mains 147.5, Mixture screw 3.5 turns out

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.

i'm in Sydney an i've got an 05 500f....

and to be honest - aussie mechanics don't know shaZam! and will do the quickest / crappiest job they can... i haven't met a good one since...

i only just got my bike serviced a month or so ago (5,000km's service) and low and behold - someone at the dealership managed to strip a head bolt (or rocker cover bolt) and so the top end was spitting oil.... long story short  - it went back the following week and they "helicoiled" the stripped bolt hole or whatever...

now i find out that this so called "helicoil" is a dodgy as shaZam! and apparently my mates can smell oil when they're riding behind me...

i'd get onto Suzuki Aust directly man - that's what i'm doin on Monday.... (finger's crossed i get a new motor outa it...)
