Just re-looking over this thread and thinking how cool it would be to have DOT approved, integrated blinkers on a GS500F but I'm not up for the amount of hacking done here.

So is there any easier way yet?

Any decent after market mirrors with turn signals built into them etc that are direct bolt on?

I don't know if they're direct bolt on, but one of my buds has a 07 gixxer 600, and those mirrors have integrated signals. They're BRIGHT, and really grab attention because of placement. Another cool setup is one of the supermoto Ducatis. It has bar end mirrors with integrated signals. Both look ROCKIN when you flash them !

Do you know how much modification would be necesssary to get them to work on 04 GS500?. I don't mind combining stockers with those to make it work if that's what it takes.
I just hate the flush mount turn signals, which I have (installed by previous owner) They are barely visible for people directly in front of me.

Mate I have the same train of thought.

Flushmounts look good, but what use are they if cages can't see your intentions.

From everything I've read, the GSXR 2005- 2008 mirrors wont just bolt on because their mounting pint is at the wrong angle, making the mirrors ineffective.

Earlier GSXR mirrors are meant to however, so I was also wondering if anyone had made after market mirrors for these bikes with BRIGHT indicators built in. I've seen a few small LED type indicators, but I really want something bigger and brighter.
