AC - To lazy to get up

Window - already open.  It's even raining outside

Glass of water - Makes me get up in the middle of the night to go...  You know...

let me open this up by asking a question...what do you think of women on sportsbikes?  Besides the fact they look good in a bikini with big boobs - just wondering...thong bikini, of course

It's all good, we need more chicks on bikes. Specially in a leather suit.  :thumb:

Good for women.  Unfortunately, biking is still IMO a "mans thing"  I don't mean this in any offensive way.  What I mean is there still aren't enough girls on bike IMO.  More girls are getting into it (without their boyfriend's influence) but whether they choose to go into it on their own or not, it's a good thing

but all joking aside, I've always been a passenger and loved it.  Then my husband bought his first bike, still loved it.  Then I went to Myrtle Beach for the Spring Bike Rally and noticed the ladies on their own bikes.  I told myself that I wanted to have my own bike.  I will honestly say that my first reason was that I would look HOT.  Then I signed up for the course.  Was i excited.  Boy, did I get a shot of reality.  It was one of the most difficult thing i've ever done in my life.  Physically as well as mentally challenging.  Totally new outlook abt this wonderful sport/hobby.  I was so terried when I got my first bike.  Everything was going smoothly then the third time on my bike, I was at a stop sign.  My husband was in front of me and his cousin behind me.  When traffic was clear, I went to make a right turn...the next thing I knew, the engine died (didn't put enough throttle) and the bike was tipping to the right.  i did everything in my power to try to hold the bike up...impossible...and I laid it down.  Nothing on the fairing but I snapped off the tip of the brake lever, little scratches on the engine cover and the exhaust.  So since then, I've been practicing and making a lot of right turns.  I'm 90% better at it now.  But this is really no joke.  I took the course with my sister in law, who also took the course with me.  But she just couldn't get anything right when she bought her bike (94 GS500).  Now it's for sale.  Honestly, she should have never passed the class.  I totally love riding my motorcycle but I take it seriously and it's definitely not about looking cute or hot.  I went to a bikini bike wash where I bought my bike.  Out of probably 200 bikes, I saw 5 girls on their own sportsbike, including me.  3 wore jeans and a shirt, one wore a tank top w/ sweatpants, I was the one fully geared.

Jackie - how long ago did you take the MSF BRC?

Do you plan on taking the MSF ERC?  I would HIGHLY recommend it.  It helped me get rid of some bad habits and develop some good ones.  Plus I dragged my peg for the first time.
